  • 1/2 OZ Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1/2 OZ SIMPLE Syrup (*)
  • 1/2 Egg White (Optional) / Acquafabra
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, beat until cool, serve and decorate with narrowness (optional)

  • 1 UN PREMIUM TONIC WATER (*)
  • 1 UN GRAPEFRUIT WEDGE
Mix all the ingredients in a glass ball with a lot of ice, decorate with a slice of grapefruit

* TONIC WATER CAN BE FLAVORED, BEST RESULTS WITH ELDERFLOWER, MEDITERRANEAN OR CITRUS TONICS
