We are pleased to offer our guests a food pairing service through a variety of tastings where our best products are paired with high-quality chocolates and/or cheeses.
Our culinary space includes a variety of dishes from the whole of Chile, with characteristics of the Andes mountains, the Pacific coast, and the Central Valley. The variety and wealth of ingredients offered by Chile is essential in making our dishes, which are prepared using innovative culinary techniques such as foams and spherification, to achieve highly sophisticated presentations that are paired with wines from our own winery.
