Cabernet Sauvignon

Ruby in color, with fiery glints. Intense aromas of fruit that are very well integrated with the wood provide a fine, complex nose. The palate is defined by the silkiness of the tannins and elegant finish.

Merlot

Delicate red color, with shades of violet. Aromas of fruit such as plum and blackberry mixed with touches of vanilla. Juicy and elegant on the
palate, with toasted notes provided by the aging in oak, and a long, intense end note.

Carmenère

Cherry red in color, with fine blackberry aromas and balsamic notes of eucalyptus, finishing with a delicious hint of mandarin. The palate is elegant, with soft tannins providing touches of leather and spice. The aging in French oak gives toasted undertones.

Sauvignon Blanc

Very delicate pale yellow color, with greenish glints. A blend of tropical fruit stands out on the nose, with notes of green apple and tomato leaf, all well balanced, creating that special, characteristic aroma of our Santa Digna line. Silky, firm, and fresh on the palate, with a very well-balanced structure, giving way to a long, pleasant finish.

Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has a subtle and delicate yellow color with greenish hints, with ripe and tropical fruits, reminiscent of mango, apricot, and fresh citrus notes. In the mouth it presents balance between mouth and acidity, presenting a long, fresh and delicate finish, a great wine to enjoy.

Rosé

Santa Digna Rosé is a unique wine in its line. Intense cherry red in color, the nose is clean, subtle, and elegant, with aromas of red fruit such as strawberry and fresh notes. On the palate, it is crisp, flavorsome, and intense, with a fresh, balanced aftertaste.
