Carmenère

Wine with a deep and intense color, it is a wine with aromas typical of a great carmenere, black fruits, pepper notes, and spices, at the same time the aging in oak gives it delicate toasted aromas, which are felt in the mouth for its softness. Round and firm tannins, very intense in the mouth with a long aftertaste.

Red Blend

This wine has a brilliant ruby-red color. On the nose, it offers black fruits, smoky notes, and spices, thanks to its extended aging in barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with sweet and smooth tannins that lead to a complex and pleasant finish.

Merlot

Delicate ruby red color with shades of violet. On the nose, it displays notes of ripe plum and raspberry, dried flowers, and spices. Firm on the palate, with smooth tannins indicative of the evolution during the barrel aging. The round, silky finish leaves a very pleasant sensation.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep, very intense ruby color. This wine displays a fruity nose with notes of blackberry, cherry, and some toasted notes from the aging in oak. On the palate it is well-balanced, round and spiced, intense, meaty, and with good evolution and the firm and persistent finish typical of great Pacific Cabernet Sauvignons.

Chardonnay

Brilliant pale yellow color with golden hues. Voluptuous and elegant aroma with notes of ripe fruit, on backgrounds of hazelnuts, vanilla, on the palate it is dry and dense, with a touch of acids, excellent balance between the character of the wine and the aromas acquired throughout the aging in French oak and european foudres.
